Dear Mrs S
I am very sorry to hear of your recent loss of your cat Lilly. I have today visited Mrs Amy-Jane Blackmore to help with the investigation in to your concern, together with receipt of your letter received by our Support Office, and via email to me, yesterday, Tuesday 24th June, and further email today Wednesday 25th June. I also understand that Amy-Jane, as the Practice Partner, has spent some time with you listening to your concerns, and that Jo Mitchell who deals with Client Care has kept you informed yesterday and today of our intent.
Please accept this email as acknowledgement of your concerns, which we are currently investigating. We already have received written statements from our colleagues including the Vet and Nurse who you saw on Saturday, and where appropriate may consider external independent veterinary advice.
As discussed Amy-Jane has agreed to call you on Thursday with an update.
Kind regards
Kirsty
