I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your complaint received today regarding the treatment received at Companion Care Chippenham.
At Companion Care and Vets4Pets we take all client feedback extremely seriously and do thank you for taking the time to get in contact with us.
We endeavour to review our processes and procedures on a regular basis and I would like to take this opportunity to assure you that your concerns will be carefully considered and investigated.
We hope to resolve this matter for you quickly and efficiently and will pass your complaint to the Practice Director and Operations Manager for the surgery.
We do aim to provide a response within 14 days but some cases may take a little longer to investigate.
